Yes! We use the best possible ingredients to create our high quality formula. We are also registered in the National Agency of Drug and Food Control, known as Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).

ARE BLANCHEFLOR PRODUCTS CRUENTLY-FREE?
Yes! We do not test our products on animals.

WHEN CAN I GET PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “wishlist” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Blancheflor.com offers FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all INDONESIA merchandise orders of IDR 300.000.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM.

We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 0895-3596-6155-2, 24 hours, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Have your order number ready, and let us know which products you are missing.

If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
